Why We Built This Site
Missouri gives the public access to many court and public records, but the correct office depends on the record type. McDonald County Circuit Court records are handled by the Circuit Clerk at the courthouse in Pineville. Municipal traffic and ordinance matters may route through Pineville Municipal Division or Anderson Municipal Court. Marriage licenses and marriage copies belong with the Recorder of Deeds, while county administrative records use the County Clerk and Missouri Sunshine Law process.
The local structure is easy to misread if someone expects a separate district court or a separate probate court. McDonald County's primary trial court is the Circuit Court, and probate actions are handled through the Probate Division of the Circuit Court. This site keeps those Missouri terms consistent.

- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific Missouri case applies to a person
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, address, or public office hour is current at the moment it is read
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. This site can point to the likely office, but the document has to come from that office.
